The Mental Health Clinic of Tama County is a private, not for profit agency providing mental health services for persons in the Tama County area. Out team of professionals provides a full range of services to meet the mental health needs of families and individuals.
The Mental Health Clinic of Tama County is accredited by the State Division of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

The clinic is located at 1309 South Broadway Toledo, Iowa 52342. We can be reached 24 hours a day at (641) 484-5234.
Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Evening Appointments are also available Mondays from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
The Mental Health Clinic of Tama County is partially funded by HVAAA and United Way.
